Description

Archaeological observation was undertaken in advance of proposed development. A small ditch and drain were noted in the foundation trench most likely associated with building of Manor Farm and dating to the post-medieval period. No other significant archaeological features, artefacts or deposits were encountered during the evaluation. Demonstrating that the potential risk of the development impacting remains of archaeological significance, may be considered to be Low for all periods.
