Description

{1} Thirty-five trenches were excavated representing an approximate 2% sample of the main site area. A number of linear ditches and gullies were identified during this evaluation producing a quantity of late Iron Age to late Romano-British pottery sherds. Many of these features had been identified through previous geophysical survey.
