Description

{1} A desk top assessment was undertaken to investigate the development of 2 Sheaf Street, Daventry. This revealed that the conservatory and fernery in the yard to the rear of the property had been built in 1880 . Building survey work recorded the remains of the conservatory ground plan and "grotto" wall, though this appears to be approximately half of the original size .
