Description

{1} Woodland evaluation undertaken as part of the HS2 Route-wide Project plan and including topographic survey and test pit survey. A ditch investigated by test pit 08 corresponded to a linear ditch associated with the construction of the Great Central Railway. The topographic survey confirmed the presence of plantation drains.
