Description

An experienced archaeologist was present for each period of ground disturbance when notified by the client in accordance with the WSI. Any potential archaeological deposits were investigated. The foundation trenches for the two new dwellings and garages were excavated by a machine using a toothless bucket. The trenches were 0.6m wide and excavated to a depth of c. 1m. The work was carried out in accordance with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists standard and guidance for an archaeological watching brief (2020). Project Results: No archaeological features, deposits or finds were identified during the observation. Information from OASIS form online.
