Description
A watching brief was undertaken by Arthian Ltd (formerly Mabbett & Associates Ltd and Crestwood Environmental Ltd) following the granting of planning permission for the refurbishment and conversion of the Grade II Listed Ivy House and two of its curtilage listed outbuildings, followed by the construction of two new single storey dwellings. No archaeological deposits or artefactual evidence were recovered.
