Description
PCAS Archaeology Ltd was commissioned by Mick George to undertake a scheme of intrusive archaeological evaluation on land proposed as an extension to Harleston Quarry, Northamptonshire. The results found suggested a continuation of an Iron Age pit alignment first found in previous archaeological works in 2006-2014. Other than this, the evaluation found pits and post holes that could not be dated, modern ditches and worked flint (mostly in the form of debitage).
