Description

{1} Initially three trenches were excavated, subsequently one was extended, taking the excavation as close as possible to the Kettering Road frontage. Nevertheless, it became obvious that the road had been widened and that the medieval frontage lay further to the sotuh under the present road. Project funded by Monarch Cars.
