Description

{1} A watching brief was carried out on land to the north west of the stable block at Althorp Park. The work was undertaken to determine the presence of any archaeological remains in the area of the proposed septic tanks serving new toilet facilities in the stable block. No archaeological features or finds were observed; only post-medieval field drains were observed.
