Description

{1}Archaeological watching brief undertaken during the construction of a ventilated trench around the perimeter of the church. Early/ Middle Saxon pottery, medieval pottery and floor tile were found in the spoil during drainage works. No trace of the demolished north transept was noted in the trenches.
