Summary
This site was in use as a boot and shoe factory in the 1920s, when Harry Jacques, a boot and shoe manufacturer, was listed here. It was probably built for leather trades purposes, but the earliest buildings are uncharacteristic of shoe factories.

Full Description
{1} Industrial Works, Harborough Road. Complex of industrial works at the end of Harboro Road. Some of the buildings from map of 1926 still there others demolished and some new buildings. Not possible to determine former use, now utilised by 'K. Woodward carpenters and joiners'.Film 11, photo 6.
