Full Description

{1} Rushden Mission Church, Brookfield Road/Wellingborough Road. Elaborate church in red brick with stone detailing. Similar to churches on Park Road. Still in use by the Mission Church,. Film 13, photo 21-22.

N.B. See NN100135: Wesleyan (Independent) Chapel, High Street. Erected in 1889 at a cost of ,4,000.The building is still in use by the Methodist Church. There is also a small projecting wing in modern brick . Film 1, photo 20 In connection with it is a Mission Chapel in Wellingborough road built in 1901 at a cost of ,3,000.The associated Sunday School on Queen Street has since been demolished, but has been replaced with a modern structure.
