Summary
A three-storey boot and shoe factory on the west side of Hollington Road. The factory is built of brick with a slate covered hipped-roof. Ordnance Survey maps suggest that it was built c.1890.

Full Description
Industrial works to the rear of a house on Hollington Road. Now partially utilised by RC Domestics Ferrer Square / Limited Knitwear Manufacturers, the rest of the building is boarded up. Structure could have been used by boot and shoe industry. (1)
