Temperance Hall, Marshall's Road
The Primitive Methodists originally established in Raunds as an open-air mission in the 1860's. Temperance Hall used for services until the Primitive Methodist Chapel was erected 1870 in Marshalls Road. (1)
Temperance Hall built in 1859; will hold 350 people. Headquarters of the 'Raunds, Wellingborough and District Society of Church bell ringers'. The building is extant adjacent to the Primitive Methodist Church and is in use as a domestic residence.
{2} Large gabled yellow brick Gothic building built as a Temperence Hall in 1859, now converted.
