Full Description

{1} Cemetery. A cemetery was provided for the town in 1898 and was later extended. The land is not consecrated and is for use by all denominations. A mortuary chapel was also provided in the early phase of development. The chapel still exists, but has fallen out of use and is in a derelict state. The structure itself is unlikely to have been substantially re-modelled.
