Summary
A single storey boot and shoe works located on the north side of St Peters Avenue. This brick built factory has its roof covered in diamond shaped asbestos cement tiles. Ordnance Survey maps and documentary sources, show that it was built circa 1900.

Number of sinlge storey north light sheds . Now in use by R Griggs and Co Ltd. Erected between 1900 and 1926.There is no office frontage Film 4, photo 15, 25. (1)
