Summary

Built in the late 1890s probably by Rice & Co. Boot and shoe factory. A two storey boot and shoe factory on the north side of Durban Road. This brick built factory has a tile covered roof.

Factory, Durban road
Two and a bit storey factory on Duran Road. Very basic construction with no external decoration. Now in use by Corium Leather Co Limited. Film 4, photo 17, 21. (1)
