Machinery for shoe trade. (1)

Charles Robinson, Car manufacturer
Designed and built three cars. Made all the parts (other than gear boxes, tyres and electrical equipment ) in his grandfathers Champion Works factory in Victoria Street. The unusual design of the cars is said to have influenced the Volkswagen Beetle. (1)
