Summary

This shoe machinery warehouse stands on the north side of School Lane, and was erected around 1910. Stylistically and in plan it is similar to the British United Shoe Machinery Company's Warehouse in Rushden. It consists of a two storeyed six-bay front with four single-storeyed ranges to the rear gabled east-west. The south front has end bays which project beneath triangular pediements. An arched yard entrance occupied the westernmost bay. The office entrance is in the second bay from the west.
