{1} The first Co-operative shop was a front room at 70 Finedon Road - the movement was linked to that in Finedon.
Irthlingborough Co-op Society developed. Shops and premises were expanded partially those in High Street.
Large industrial complex corner of Queen Street/Victoria Street possible location of Co-op bakery. The building is shown on modern OS as 'Bakery'. Now much altered and partially converted to flats.
Co-op Grocer and Provision shop in Victoria Street in 1911. (No 2 store) with Co-op hall upstairs , but before the creation of the warehouse, stables and bakery. Film 1, photo 16,17.
