Full Description

{1} Kettering Industrial Co-operative Society residential development. Housing scheme in operation to the north of the town streets off Rockingham Road; Kingsley, Neale and Blandford Avenues. The avenues were named after prominent members of the Co-operative movement. By 1895 the society owned over a 100 houses. By 1926 the three avenues with linking streets became Kettering most popular suburb with over 300 houses.
