Terrace. Built in the 1880s by Gotch. A plaque with a rearing horse denotes the Old White Horse Inn which used to stand here.

Full Description

{1} Building shown as 'Old White Horse' on Robert Smith's 'Plan of the Town 1826' (NRO Misc. photostat 1587/1) and as public house on early OS maps. The large red brick structure with stone dressings at windows etc. has a rearing horse emblem on the frontage. Now has 'Burton menswear' shop at ground floor level. Film ? Photo 21. (1)
