" So great was the influx of Weapons and Stores at this period" (WW2 - at Weedon Depot) "that Sub Depots or Relief Depots as they were called, were opened at ….." list of 6 follows including Franklins Gardens Football Stands 'Saints' Ground in 1943. "These Relief Depots were concerned with receipt and storage of Weapons etc".(1)
