Full Description

{1} The Greyhound, High Street. The Greyhound is first mentioned in 1894 and a public house of the same name is currently located on the east side of High Street. However the building is not shown as an inn on 19th or early 20th century Ordnance Survey maps, although the structure itself would appear to date from this period. Film 3, photo 15, 16.
