Full Description

{1} Boot and shoe factory, Herriot Lane
Boot and shoe factory on Herriot Lane has been demolished to make way for a car park for the Tresham Institute. It is possible that part of the wall surrounding the complex was part of the factory - as there are a number of blocked windows along the wall.

{2} Photograph of 1996 prior to demolition indicates that the surviving car park wall is part of the former factory.
