{1} Highfield Foundry, Mill Road/ Albert Street/Highfield Street. Foundry and engineering works shown on map of 1926. Has subsequently been demolished and the area is now occupied by a block of flats and 'The Hindu Community Centre'.

{2} Mill Road: 1903-1920- Highfield Foundry Co Ltd; 1928 The Highfield Foundry and Engineering Co Ltd. This company is still producing castings
