{1} Polygon Engineering Works, Great Park Street
Part of the original building still exists and is in use by 'Wellingborough Sign Factory', one of the buildings shown on Ordnance Survey map of 1926 has been demolished and replaced by an extension of the works along Great Park Street. This structure is currently out of use and up for re-development, although part of the corner plot is being utilised.
{2} During the demolition of the factory a stone wall was exposed which was interpreted as an earlier phase cellar wall, implying two phases of building.
