A small two-storey boot and shoe workshop was built in the late 19th century. It is a brick-built gabled building of two storeys and is located on the west side of Vivian Road.

{1} Industrial building, Vivian Road
Small industrial building on Vivian Road. Film 11, photo 25.
{2} This small, 2-storey workshop or factory was built in the 1890s. A leahter-trades use has not been confirmed but in 1906 there was a closed-upper manufacturer listed in Vivian Road. The ground floor was probably not used as a workshop as it has smaller, irregularly placed windows.
