Full Description
{1} E & W Starmer's heel factory. The factory seems to be converted from a stone barn at about the turn of the century. Large windows on north side. Power for machines was supplied by a single cylinder Crossley gas engine which also drove an open-type Crompton generator for lighting. Factory closed 1968.
