Full Description
{1}{3} Immediately north of Cosgrove Lock are the remains of a wharf which served gravel pits, now flooded, to the east of the canal. Embedded in the concrete are narrow gauge railway tracks.
{2} Canal wharf with narrow gauge rail tracks at c.SP79484230. Viewed from the north on 11th March 2003 (photo). Surviving lengths of rail are in good condition.
