Full Description

{1} First edition mapping of earthworks shows the extent of the quarry pits by the late C19th.

{2} By the mid C20th the area quarried had almost doubled by the addition of land to the south-east.

{3} Earthwork and other vestigal remains of other structures and of extraction and dumping.
