{4} The outbuilding to the rear of Bozenham Mill Farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th to 19th century, is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a roof originally thatched and later replaced with corrugated iron. It comprises four bays with a mix of original and later partitioning, and its roof structure includes both historic timbers and modern repairs following recent storm damage. The building has undergone various alterations, including redbrick and cement patching, and while these changes have affected its architectural integrity, it retains historic value. Proposed repairs and partial reconstruction are expected to improve structural stability and visual appearance, with negligible harm to the historic fabric, resulting in a neutral overall impact and potential heritage benefit.
