{1} Former rectory, now offices. Early C19 with older origins, altered and extended C20. Coursed squared ironstone and limestone, hipped slate roofs, brick internal stacks. L-plan. 2 storey, 9-window range. Higher 2-window range to left has 6-panel door approached by 3 stone steps, with panelled reveals, pilastered wood surround and pediment, 12-pane sash window above, blocked windows to left of door to ground and 1st floors, all with segmental-arched heads. This range has chamfered plinth, quoins and deep projecting eaves. Range to right is rendered and has irregular fenestration of 2 and 3-light casement windows. 2-window wing to right end breaks forward and has first floor of brick over rubble, all painted. Interior: Open well staircase with ramped and wreathed mahogany handrail, cast-iron standard and stick balusters. Chamfered spine beams in older, rendered wing. Stone cellar.
