Farmhouse. Dated 1737 altered C19. Coursed squared limestone, plain-tile roof, brick ridge stacks.

{1} Farmhouse. Dated 1737 altered C19. Coursed squared limestone, plain-tile roof, brick ridge stacks. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. 4-panel door to left of centre with overlight, brick jambs and segmental-arched head. 12-pane sash windows, those to ground floor with similar jambs and heads, except that to far right with stone lintel and keyblock. Those to first floor with brick jambs and stop-chamfered wood lintels. Quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers; quoins and coping. Right gable end has low buttresses either side of sash window which has stone lintel and keyblock. Datestone above inscribed L/LER/1737 and 2-light casement window to attic with stone lintel and keyblock. Left gable end wall of brick with attached outbuilding range. Single-storey attached brewhouse to rear left. Interior has boxed spine beams and blocked inglenook with chamfered bressumer.
