{1} Cottage, formerly divided in two. C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared ironstone, reed thatch roof and brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 4-window range. C20 doors to far left and far right in C20 porch. 3-light casement windows to ground floor, 2-light leaded casements to 1st floor, all with wood lintels. Quoins and stone-coped gables with kneeler. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beam and collar-truss roof.
