Full Description
{1} House. Said to date from 1733, with C20 alterations. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick end stacks. Central C20 door in pegged wood surround and C20 gabled porch. 3-light casement windows to ground and first floor except for 2-light window to first floor centre. All have stone lintels with keyblocks. Plinth, quoins and part of stone-coped gable with kneelers to left. Chamfered plinth to right side facing Larkhall Lane and to rear facing Upper High Street. Interior has chamfered spine beam fireplace with chamfered bressumer, winder stair and fitted cupboard with shaped shelves.
