Full Description

{1} Gatepiers. Late C17. Ironstone ashlar. Square rusticated piers, moulded entablatures and ball finials. C19 iron double gates. Wall extending to right, C17, squared coursed ironstone. Section adjoining at right angles and extending towards house is lower and has C19 black tile coping. Wall to left of main gateway, C17, squared coursed ironstone with stone coping, extends along roadside and then at right angles along boundary with Rectory Farmhouse, turning back towards house as far as opening on north side. Forming part of a walled enclosure in the grounds of Manor House Farmhouse (q.v.).
