Full Description

{1} Cottage. C17/C18, altered C20. Uncoursed limestone rubble, squared ironstone quoins, left side rebuilt in brick, thatch roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays, gable added to right bay C20. One-light window with wood lintel in left bay; other ground floor windows 3-lights with wood casements and wood lintels. C20 two-light casement window with wood lintel to left. 2-light windows with wood lintels and old iron casements in left bay and second bay from left. Entrance in C20 one-storey extension at rear, has wood lintel and plank door. Interior not inspected but said to have chamfered spine beams and old winder staircase.
