Full Description

{1} House. Mid C18. Squared coursed ironstone, slate roof, brick stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys, attic and cellar, 3 bays. Central doorway with stone lintel and 6 panel door, part glazed. 3-light wood casement window with stone lintel to right. Similar 2-light windows to left and on first floor. Half hipped roof to left, coped gable end to right. Lower extension to right. C18, similar materials, 2 storeys, 2 bays. Further extension to right C19, with stone mullioned windows. Interior not inspected. One of the Edgcote estate farmhouses, similar in style and date to Trafford Bridge Farmhouse (q.v.).
