Full Description

{1} Row of 5 headstones. Early C18. Limestone ashlar. From left to right: Headstone, dated 1720 cherub with drapes at head, oval inscription panel. Headstone, dated 1724, 2 cherubs flanking armorial device at head, open book inscription panel. Headstone similar to adjacent headstone. Headstone, dated 1709, cherub at head, oval inscription panel has partially legible inscription "In memory of Elizabeth wife of William Weston". Headstone, dated 1707, segmental pediment with urn at head. Prominent position close to the church. All included for group value with Church of St. John Baptist (q.v.).
