Cottage. C17. Coursed limestone rubble, thatched roof, flanking brick and stone stacks. One unit lobby entry. 2 storeys and attic, 2 bays. Doorway in left bay was wood lintel, 6 panel door and C20 stone porch. To right, 2 light wood casement window with wood lintel. First floor windows have wood lintels and iron casements. All windows have leaded panes. C20 dormers. Extension to left, C18/C19. Limestone rubble, artificial stone slate roof. One storey and attic, one bay. Slate roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 2 bays. Central doorway with plain stone surround, rectangular fanlight and C20 panelled door. C20 windows with concrete lintels on either side. First floor windows, have plain stone frames and 2 mullioned and transomed lights with leaded panes. Hipped dormers with C20 casements. Interior: Remodelled C20. Included for group value.
