Full Description

{1} Farmhouse, formerly fulling mill. Late C18. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. Plank door to right of centre with overlight and straight hood on brackets. 3-light casement windows with wood lintels to ground floor left and right. 2-light casements to first floor with wood lintels. Stone-coped gables with kneelers. One storey and attic lean-to extension to right. Interior not inspected.

History:
1303 Mill at Adstone given to the Prior and convent of Ashby
1724 Fulling Mill mentioned by Bridges
1841 Mill described as ruinous
