Full Description

House, formerly inn. Late C17. Coursed squared ironstone to gable end, facing street, coursed limestone rubble to sides, C20 plain-tile roof, replacing thatch, brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; one-window range. 2-unit plan. Entrance to gable end facing street with C20 door to left in pegged wood surround with wood lintel. 3-light C20 casement windows to ground and first floors, old 2-light casement to gable above, all with wood lintels. Quoins, gables built up in brick. Formerly the Angel Inn. Interior not inspected.

The Angel Inn (information from listed building description) is now a private residence to the south of the river on Watling Street West. The building is of stone and is a late 17th century building.
