{1} Shop and dwelling. Late C18. Painted brick, old plain-tile roof, brick end stack. One-unit plan. 3-storey, one-window range. C20 part-glazed door to right in moulded wood surround, canted bay window to left with moulded wood cornice carried over door as hood. First floor canted bay window. 12-pane sash window to second floor with gauged brick lintel. Second floor storey band and corbelled brick eaves. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beams. Included for group value.
