{1} Shop and dwelling. Early/mid C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, slate roof and brick end stack. One-unit plan. 3-storey, one-window range. C19 door and shop front to ground floor. C20 windows to first and second floors with segmental-arched brick heads. Bracketed eaves. Included for group value.
