Full Description

House. Dated 1668. Coursed limestone rubble, ridged tile roof, brick end stacks on stone bases. Two-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. Central part-glazed door in moulded timber surround with concrete hood, flanked by 4-light C20 metal casement windows with concrete lintels, similar windows to first floor, and stone-coped gables with kneelers, the coping and kneelers of ironstone. Single-storey, lean-to extension to left with back door. Ironstone datestone inscribed 1668 framed by heart in left gable. Small circular blocked window to rear with brick surround. Included for group value.
