{1} Mid C19. Cement rendered front with wide eaves to hipped Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, 3 casement windows with glazing bars, wood mullions and transoms and original double glazing. Central doorway. Doric pilasters, entablature; porch added in 1930s. Wootton Grange Farmhouse and Barn form a group.
