{1} Dated 1692. Squared rubble, pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Stone coped side elevation gables, stone kneelers to gable on right. Included for group value. Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 form a group with Cottage, Quinton Road.
