{1} Dated 1726. Later alterations. Coursed rubble, interlocking tiled roof formerly slated. 2 storeys, 3 small sash windows, ledged central door. Lower extension at west end. Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 form a group with Clare Cottage, Quinton Road.
