Building record 1160/378/5 - No.12 The Drapery, Shipman's

One building with No.3 Drum Lane. Early 18th-century and later, with a 19th-century shopfront onto The Drapery.

{1} Early C18th and later. Stucco front, Welsh slated roof. 3 storeys, sash window, 2nd floor flush modern frame, 1st floor 4 light early C19th bay with pilasters, entablature with dentil cornice. Shop bay window with glazing bars, small panes. East front described under No 3 Drum Lane.

{3} Only one bay wide. Good 19th-century shopfront with square bay window above.
